Central heating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels - basic facilities we needed in a nicely updated and warm room. The location was great and perfectly comfortable, near to the island and trolley stop right out front, Mamas Farmhouse restaurant and attractions in pigeon Forge.

I had a great time at this hotel over Christmas! The location was super convenient, just a short drive away from all the fun attractions. The hotel was recently renovated, making my room feel fresh and clean! Plus, I really appreciated the friendly staff who were always there to help whenever I needed something.
On the downside, I could hear my neighbors a bit too well—some late-night conversations were not meant for my ears! the breakfast was okay but could use a little more variety. it was a pleasant stay but there’s room for improvement!

I liked my 4 night stay. The hotel room was impressive with a king bed. Lots of food for breakfast including cookies and scrambled eggs. I had such great days staying at this low-budget property.
